Panel 1- Poor Boy: " Rolan, what will happen if we lose to Jumping Jack?"
                   Rolan: " Two things, Poor Boy.."
Panel 2- Rolan: " The black ants will invade us and they will become our masters.."
Panel 3- Rolan: " Or we will leave our colony and look for another place.."

Panel 1- Messenger: " Queen Godzilla wants everyone to know that we need a champion
                                  in the game of High Jump within three days.."
Panel 2- Messenger: " Our chosen high jump champion will compete with Jumping Jack,
                                  Queen Uling's high jump champion
Panel 3- Crowd: " Jumping Jack?!
                          : We're dead! We're going to lose!"

Rule 13

Panel 1- Queen Godzilla: " Queen Uling is wise.. she knew our high jump champion is weak that's why
                                         she picked this game.."
Panel 2- Queen Godzilla: " And she has Jumping Jack,the high jump champion on their side to make sure
                                         they win the game.."
Panel 3- Minister: " What are we going to do, Queen Godzilla?"

Rule 13

Panel 1- Minister: " Queen Godzilla, Queen Uling answered your message to her.."
Panel 2- Minister: " Three days from now, our champions will face each other at the meadows
                              of Paraisong Gubat!"
Panel 3- Minister: " And the champions are going to compete in the High Jump as in Section 3
                             of Rule 13 of our peace treaty.."

Rule 13

Panel 1- Queen Uling: " Minister, we will follow Rule 13 of our peace treaty with Queen Godzilla.."
Panel 2- Queen Uling: " And because she's the one who invoked it, then it's me who will choose
                                    what kind of fight we are going to have.."
Panel 3- Minister: " So that's the reason why you are calling for Jumping Jack!"
       Queen Uling: " Exactly!"

Panel 1- Queen Uling: " You're saying Queen Godzilla invoked Rule-13?"
                   Emissary: " Yes, Queen Uling.."
Panel 2-      Emissary: " She said it's written in our peace treaty and must be followed.."
              Queen Uling: " Hmmm..."
Panel 3- Queen Uling: " If that's the case, call Jumping Jack!"

The Emissary
