The Trees

Panel 1-  Reporter to Congressman: " Sir, why did you have the trees cut down?"
Panel 2-  Congressman: " Because they're not in the right place.."
                      Reporter: " What do you mean?"
Panel 3- Congressman: " The trees are inside our road widening project.."
