Panel 1- Reporter: " Sir, those trees  have been there for so long  and it will be unfortunate if you will cut
                               them down!"
Panel 2- Congressman: " I can't do anything because they're not in the right place.."
Panel 3- Rolan ( angry & shouting ): "  Maybe it's your brain that is not in the right place!!!"
